Manage Telecom crews, bid walk, material and labor takeoff for submittal to clients (Sprint-B&V, T-Mobile-Crown, Verizon and AT&T). Order site materials for Ericsson 3G and LTE sites, create schedules for installs of cable, RRU and NodeB requirements, and punch walk sites with customers. BOM and OOM submittal to clients. Manage day to day operations in Concord office, track progress by visiting sites. Closeout information gathered and submitted to clients. Read and interpret DAS System Drawings for AT&T sites, order materials and supervise construction. Red line drawings at end of build. 5/2010-10/2010Clearwire - Denver - Project/Const. Mgr.

Project/Construction Manager for Clearwire Broadband Wireless Internet National Build-Out. Responsible for assigned 88 Infill sites and 113 new builds from cradle to grave. Work with RF dept to determine search rings. Ensure the deployment of the search rings to SA vendor and begin the drive testing for each. Assist in preparing SCIP packages. Make certain the SCIP is produced and deployed accordingly to Clearwire Standards. Negotiate P&I with Landlord. Research if Easements are necessary. Assist in the Commercial and Private Launch once the review of all processes are accurate. Supervise and educate Land Owners with all necessary information to proceed with the Leasing Process and cleared through the Jurisdiction. Review all Possible Lease Amendments to ensure the proper Zoning Procedures. Delegate Contractors to achieve 7-14 day construction completion once Milestones 1-6 have been completed. Conduct weekly Deployment Meetings with SA Vendor to review Forecast Dates vs. Actual Dates and Pull-ins. Construction Manager for Clearwire/Sprint WiMax Microwave backhaul project. Coordinate with A&E and Site Acquisition on major/minor issues up until and through construction including Zoning, NTP’s, BP’s etc. Bid walk sites with GC’s, RF and A&E. Manage material procurement, access and progress. Work closely with Clearwire CM’s on all QC issues including punch list and close-outs. Quality control Mgr. for AT&T 1^st and 2^nd carrier project. Responsible for all quality issues including sweeps, close-outs, grounding, CCU, RRU, BBU and contracts. Lead Construction Manager for T-Mobile UMTS overlay project, Houston Texas. Report directly to Market Mgr. on all construction issues regarding GSM/UMTS overlay. Oversee 6 supervisors, warehouse personnel, and 60+ contractors.  Coordinate day pre-construction and all night cuts. Coordinate all RRU and Node B installations. Review all close out packages and raw sweep data. Included on daily conference calls and weekly update meetings. Responsible for RF review on all sites requiring MOPS. 2006 -2007 - EPC Global (BECHTEL) UMTS Project - Construction Manager

Construction supervisor field ops. Supervising 850/1900 GSM growth with radio ads on over 147 sites in the Cleveland market... Supervise the installation of Nortel cabinets with power and Telco. Walk sites with sub-contractors for feasibility of install and proper methodology. Oversee 2-4 night cuts on any given day. Survey sites for growth issues including antenna placement, coax add, radio add (for 2-6 cabinet adds), duplexer/diplexer add or removal and MCPA/HCHC installation. Supervise UMTS cabinet and line installation. Determine whether UMTS needs to be diplexed with GSM 1900 or duplexed with TDMA (850). Sweep test with Anritsu for system performance.

 

2005- 2006 - General Dynamics UMTS Project- Construction Manager

Construction supervisor for 850/1900 GSM and UMTS 1900 build out. Site walks with sub-contractors. In

Consultant on 50 + AT&T Site audits. Perform complete site audits including tower, coax, supports, antenna’s, lighting, grounding, ice bridge, waveguide ladder, generators, a/c units, shelter including all equipment running or de- commissioned, telco, power, coax entries, and future expansion. I personally climbed all structures and performed 100% of audits.

 

2004 - Edge Wireless - Consultant

Consultant on several microwave and cellular site audits from N. Oregon to N. California. Hired by Gillespie, Prudhon, & Associates out of Clackamas, Oregon. Performed 70+ site audits for Edge wireless. Climbed towers and identified all microwave equipment including polarization of dish, size of waveguide, number of Tx/Rx components and electric/telco.             

 

2004 - Henkel’s & McCoy - Project Manager

Managed a10 site, 1.2 million dollar turnkey microwave build out for the state of Nevada. Walk, bid and hire sub-contractors to build out a 10 site, point to point microwave system for the state of Nevada. Supervised over 40 employees on all aspects of build out including electric/telco, tower placement, dish installation, waveguide plane and polarization, pressurization of lines, installation of flange connectors, proper alignment of dishes by path and daily updates to the state of Nevada. Personally swept all sites with Anritsu for system performance.  Supervise True Position E-911 install with 4 crews of 3 men each for 67 sites in the Bay area. Sweep test all sites for system performance.

 

2000-2004 - Commercial Tower - Project Manager

Project Mgr. for AT&T, Verizon, Nextel, T-Mobile and Sprint new builds. Working PM training 30+ employees on the fundamentals of cell site installation. Everything from mobilization to completion of site including rigging, climbing, running lines, installing antennas, grounding etc. Also, held sweeping classes to all employees. In charge of 40+ Nextel site upgrades in Manhattan NY.  Rip and replace antennas and jumpers, upgrade Tx/Rx radio components with assistance from switch.

 

1998-2000 - Communication Antenna Specialists (owner)

New construction for various microwave and cell companies. Employed 17 tower workers for the     installation of antennas, lines, jumpers, grounds, stacking towers, sweep testing all sites for performance. Tower upgrades and complete system audits.

Crew Foreman Cell site installations. Ran 3 crews of 5 men for cell site installations for Omnipoint, Sprint and Nextel. Sweep test all sites for system performance.
