Performed 70+ site audits for Edge wireless. Climbed towers and identified all microwave equipment including polarization of dish, size of waveguide, number of Tx/Rx components and electric/telco.             

 

2004 - Henkel’s & McCoy - Project Manager

Managed a10 site, 1.2 million dollar turnkey microwave build out for the state of Nevada. Walk, bid and hire sub-contractors to build out a 10 site, point to point microwave system for the state of Nevada. Supervised over 40 employees on all aspects of build out including electric/telco, tower placement, dish installation, waveguide plane and polarization, pressurization of lines, installation of flange connectors, proper alignment of dishes by path and daily updates to the state of Nevada. Personally swept all sites with Anritsu for system performance.  Supervise True Position E-911 install with 4 crews of 3 men each for 67 sites in the Bay area. 2000-2004 - Commercial Tower - Project Manager

Project Mgr. for AT&T, Verizon, Nextel, T-Mobile and Sprint new builds. Working PM training 30+ employees on the fundamentals of cell site installation.
